Window Shopping helps you discover fashion, accessories and home products through imaginative, AI-created window displays. These terms explain how you may use our app and website.
Window Shopping is operated by Flying Pigs LTD. (“we”, “us” or “our”). Questions about these terms, your account or the service can be sent to [email protected].
By choosing Continue with Apple or Continue with Google to join Window Shopping after being shown the link to these terms, you agree to them. You can browse without an account. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use account features. These terms do not take away any rights that applicable law gives you.
You must be older than 13 to use Window Shopping and meet any higher minimum age required where you live. If you have not reached the age at which you can enter this agreement on your own, a parent or legal guardian must give any permission required by local law and supervise your use.
Apple and Google provide sign-in. Use an account you are entitled to use, keep it secure, and tell us if you believe someone has accessed your Window Shopping account without permission. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.
Our displays are AI-generated illustrations, not photographs of the actual products being worn or used. Colours, fabrics, proportions, details, styling and fit may differ from the retailer’s product. Decorative scenery may not be available to buy. Product dots identify linked merchandise.
Names, prices, currencies, availability and product descriptions can change or contain errors. Price filters use recorded US-dollar values, including converted prices where needed; these are estimates, not checkout quotes. Shipping, taxes, duties and retailer exchange rates may change the final cost. Check the retailer’s current product page, sizing and checkout information before purchasing. We do not guarantee that a product is available, authentic vintage, suitable for you or sold in your country.
Window Shopping is a discovery service. Products are sold by the retailer or seller identified on the destination website. Opening a product link does not place an order or charge you. The seller is responsible for its transaction, payment, delivery, returns and product warranties, subject to applicable law. Purchase questions should be directed to that seller.
Retailer sites, Apple and Google have their own terms and privacy practices. Showing a retailer or product does not by itself mean that we are affiliated with or endorsed by that business. If a placement or link is paid for or earns us a commission, we will identify that relationship where the placement or link appears.
You may use the service for personal discovery, add products to your private cart and share links using the available features. Browsing and saving are currently free. Any future paid feature will clearly state its price and require your agreement before a charge.
Do not use the service to break the law, impersonate someone, infringe another person’s rights, access accounts or data without permission, bypass access controls, introduce malicious software, or disrupt the service. Do not collect other users’ personal information or copy and resell our catalogue without permission. Restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by law.
The app, design and content are protected by the rights of Flying Pigs LTD. and their respective owners. Retailer names, trademarks, product images and descriptions remain the property of their owners. Permission to browse or share a link does not transfer those rights or grant a general licence to republish third-party material.
Dress Me uses OpenAI to create visual outfit previews from a photo you choose. Upload only photos you own or have permission to use. You grant us and our processors the limited permission needed to process the photo, generate your previews and store them privately for you. You retain your rights in your uploads. Do not use the feature to impersonate, harass, exploit or create unlawful content.
AI can change details or make mistakes. A single photograph cannot reliably measure your height, body circumferences, inside-leg length or shoe size. Previews and suggested sizing are estimates, not a promise of fit, appearance or product availability. Check the retailer’s actual size chart before ordering. Read our Privacy policy before consenting to photo processing.
One Dress Me request creates two photos. Guests can complete one request per installation. Free registered accounts can complete three requests per calendar month. A premium subscription allows fifteen total requests per subscription month, including any free requests counted in the upgrade period. Credits do not roll over. A request that fails to produce both outputs does not consume a credit, though a usable partial result may remain available. Deleting a completed result does not refund its credit.
Where offered, premium is a monthly auto-renewing Apple subscription, priced at US$4.99 in the US with a localized price shown before purchase. Apple charges your Apple Account upon confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled in your Apple Account settings before renewal. Manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple; deleting your Window Shopping account does not itself cancel an Apple subscription. You can restore an eligible active purchase in Profile. Refunds and mandatory consumer rights follow Apple’s applicable policies and local law. Live subscriptions are not offered until their App Store configuration is complete.
Account features use the information provided through your sign-in provider, such as your account identifier and email address, together with your cart items. Signing in does not give us your Apple or Google password. These terms do not grant permission to sell your personal information or subscribe you to marketing.
You can stop using the service at any time. To request deletion of your account and associated data, use the account-deletion request in the app or email [email protected]. An in-app request starts the process; it does not mean deletion is already complete. We may need to verify that the account is yours and retain information where applicable law requires it.
We may improve, change or remove features and displays. The service may be temporarily unavailable, and product links may become unavailable if a retailer withdraws an item. Descriptions of planned features do not guarantee their release.
We may restrict or suspend access for a serious breach of these terms, a security risk or a legal requirement. Where reasonably possible, we will explain the reason and allow you to contact us to resolve an error. You may contact us to challenge a restriction or close your account.
We provide the service with reasonable care but cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free AI displays, product data or third-party sites. To the extent permitted by law, we do not give additional warranties beyond those stated here or required by law.
We are not responsible for losses caused solely by a retailer or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when this agreement was made, to the extent applicable law permits that limitation. Nothing here excludes or limits liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence remain available. These terms impose no mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver.
If you obtain the app through Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement governs the app licence where applicable. These service terms supplement that licence and do not replace its mandatory protections. Flying Pigs LTD., rather than Apple, operates Window Shopping and handles service questions.
We will publish updates on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated through the service or your account contact details before they take effect, with renewed agreement where required by law. Changes do not retroactively remove rights or remedies relating to an existing dispute.
If a provision cannot be enforced, the rest of these terms continues to apply to the extent permitted by law. For questions, complaints, intellectual-property concerns or account requests, contact Flying Pigs LTD. at [email protected].
Your windows are for discovering. Your photos are personal. This page explains what Flying Pigs LTD. collects when you use Window Shopping and Dress Me, why we need it and how to request deletion.
Window Shopping is operated by Flying Pigs LTD. Contact us at [email protected] for privacy questions, access requests or account deletion.
You can browse without registering. Apple or Google sign-in supplies an account identifier and, where you permit it, your name and email address. We do not receive your provider password. We store the products in your private cart and the information needed to maintain your session. Guest cart additions stay on your device and join your account cart after signup. Cart contents are displayed only after registration. Guest demo mode uses a device installation identifier and keeps its cart on that device.
When you submit a search, its text is sent to our backend and OpenAI to interpret your request and select relevant products. We analyze public product images in advance and use their descriptions and a meaning-based index to find suitable items. We reuse cached search interpretations, numerical search representations and selected public product identifiers for up to seven days to speed up repeated searches and keep pagination stable; these caches are not linked to your account and are invalidated when relevant catalog data changes. Search is not saved to your account or saved filter preferences and clears on a fresh app launch or webpage reload. We count search actions in analytics without sending the raw search text. Please avoid including private personal information in searches.
Before your first upload, we ask for your agreement to AI processing. Only the photo you select is uploaded; the app does not upload your entire library. The selected photo, including visible face and body, the selected window and product references are sent to OpenAI to create two try-on previews. Visible styling and body proportions guide the preview. This is not an identity-verification service, a biometric recognition database or an accurate body measurement. We do not establish your gender identity or produce verified height, chest, waist, inseam or shoe measurements from a photograph.
Photos are stored privately with access controls and encryption, separately from our public catalogue. Generated photos are available only through your account or guest installation unless you choose to share them. We retain your selected photo privately so you can reuse it for future looks. You can change or remove this reusable photo in Dress Me → Advanced settings. Optional gender, sizing region, waist, inseam, top and footwear sizes, including your selected units, are stored locally and synced to your account when registered; guest entries transfer when you register. These entries are sent to OpenAI with your generation request as approximate sizing hints and do not establish or guarantee actual fit. A separate per-request source copy is removed after both results finish. An unfinished source may be retained to retry an interrupted request; you can request its removal or delete your account. Generated results remain until you delete them or your account. Photos are not published in the public feed.
OpenAI does not use API inputs and outputs to train its models by default. Its standard API safety retention can include inputs and outputs for up to 30 days, with exceptions where legally required, including safety review of flagged content. See OpenAI’s data controls. Deleting a photo in Window Shopping removes our active copy; it does not override a provider’s legal retention obligations or immediately erase protected backups.
When you use our contact form, we send the name, email address and message you provide to our support inbox through Base44. We use these details to respond to your request. We also keep one-way submission and sender hashes to limit spam and handle retries; these records do not contain the message or the original email address.
We use Mixpanel to understand app and website usage, such as active users, viewed windows, product-dot and retailer-link clicks, cart additions and removals, filter choices, registrations and try-on outcomes. We also use Google Analytics on our website to understand visits, referral sources, window browsing and product interactions. Analytics may include pseudonymous browser, device or account identifiers, cookies, software versions and event timestamps. We do not send your uploaded photos, generated images, sign-in tokens or private photo contents or optional body and sizing entries to either analytics provider. Google advertising features are disabled in our website tag. Our website skips Google Analytics when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.
Apple processes App Store purchases. We receive the product, transaction identifier, subscription status and validity dates needed to provide credits and restore purchases. We do not receive your payment card details. We retain usage counters and transaction records needed to prevent duplicate charges, apply monthly limits and meet legal obligations.
Our providers include Base44 for app services, accounts and storage; OpenAI for image generation; Mixpanel and Google Analytics for analytics; Apple and Google for sign-in; Apple for subscriptions; and our website and domain providers, including DreamHost. Processing may take place outside your country. Providers process information under their applicable terms, safeguards and legal obligations. Retailers receive information when you open their websites and follow their own privacy policies.
We process information to deliver requested features and maintain your account, with your permission for photo selection and AI processing, to protect the service and understand its use, and where the law requires it. Where applicable, these purposes rely on performance of our agreement, consent, legitimate interests or legal obligations. You may decline Dress Me and continue browsing. Withdrawing consent stops future photo processing but does not undo work already completed.
Delete generated photos with the trash button on each result. Use Profile → Delete account to remove your account, cart and uploaded and generated photos from active storage. If account removal needs manual completion, we will say so; you can also email us. Guest users can contact us from the app to request help with their installation. We may retain limited fraud-prevention, purchase or legally required records without keeping your photos. Backups expire under our providers’ retention cycles.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive your information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to your local data-protection authority. Email us to exercise these rights; we may verify your ownership before acting. We do not sell your personal information or use private photos for advertising.
Window Shopping is intended for people older than 13, subject to any higher local minimum age. Do not upload another person’s photo without permission, or use Dress Me for someone who cannot legally consent. Contact us if you believe a child’s information has been submitted improperly.
We use transport encryption, restricted storage and account access controls. No service can promise absolute security. Do not upload sensitive documents, intimate photos or information that is unnecessary for a clothing preview.
We update this policy when our practices change and show a new effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or ask for renewed consent.
